If you currently have a direct debit, we will continue this method of payment automatically for your new property.

Please note, if you do not submit a final meter read then your final bill from us will be an estimated read. Alternatively you can call our team on the day you move to submit your final read.

Refer to your current bill for your user type, if your usage is likely to be the same at your new property.
